Welcome to MorphoCrafts (“we”, “our”, “us”). We operate this website and provide products and services through a Print on Demand model. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all related policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

1. Age and Legal Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

2. Print on Demand Production and Third-Party Fulfillment

All our products are made-to-order through third-party fulfillment partners. We do not hold inventory, and production begins only after your order is placed. This may result in variations in production and shipping times. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that the manufacturing process is carried out by external providers.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Products, Accuracy, and Availability

We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee exact matches due to differences in display settings and printing processes. Minor variations in color, print placement, or material finish may occur between batches. Product descriptions, availability, supported device models, and pricing may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected bulk purchases or reseller orders. You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update such information promptly.
Device model selection: For phone cases, you are responsible for selecting the correct device model and sub-variant (e.g., “Pro,” “Max,” “Plus,” year/generation). Orders placed with an incorrect model are not eligible for return or replacement except where required by applicable law.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Due to the nature of Print on Demand, we only accept returns or replacements in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or items that do not match the order placed. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color variations due to display or printing differences. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Phone-case specifics:
a) Eligible issues include misprint, manufacturing defect (e.g., warped shell, peeling laminate), or carrier damage on arrival.
b) Ineligible issues include normal wear (e.g., micro-scratches, yellowing of clear TPU/PC over time), cosmetic differences inherent to print processes, or incorrect device model chosen by the customer.
c) Claims must be submitted within the time window stated in our Return & Refund Policy and must include photos of the product (all sides) and the packaging label.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or security of such third-party resources. Use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk.

8. User Content

By submitting any reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphoCrafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services or products. For phone cases specifically, we do not warrant that a case will prevent damage to a device in all circumstances (e.g., drops, impacts, liquids, heat exposure), and we are not liable for damage to the device or data loss while using our case. Where limitation is not allowed by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product or service in dispute.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MorphoCrafts and its affiliates, partners, officers, agents, contractors, and employees from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico City, Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico. Nothing in this section limits your rights under consumer protection laws in your own country.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Phone Cases — Product-Specific Terms

14.1 Compatibility & Model Fit
a) Cases are engineered for specific device models; dimensions and camera/sensor cutouts vary by model and generation.
b) If your device has accessories (screen protectors, lens rings, skins, straps), compatibility may vary. Some add-ons can interfere with case fit.
c) Model names are provided for identification only. We may update supported models without notice.

14.2 Protection & Use
a) Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, our phone cases are designed for everyday use and do not guarantee drop, impact, liquid, or abrasion protection under all conditions.
b) Do not expose cases to solvents, oils, acetone, DEET, high heat, or prolonged UV—these can degrade materials and prints.
c) Clear or translucent materials (e.g., TPU/PC) can naturally yellow or micro-scratch over time due to environmental exposure.

14.3 Wireless Charging, MagSafe® & Magnets
a) Charging performance depends on charger output, alignment, and case thickness. Some models may require removing the case for optimal charging.
b) Magnetic accessories (e.g., MagSafe®) may work only with compatible case variants. If magnetic attachment is important, select the specific “magnetic/MagSafe-compatible” option when available.
c) Safety notice: Magnets and magnetic fields may interfere with medical devices (e.g., pacemakers). Consult your physician and device manufacturer; keep magnetic cases and accessories at a safe distance if applicable.

14.4 Materials & Care
a) Typical materials include polycarbonate (PC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), hybrid shells, and printed laminates. Slight variance in finish (matte vs. gloss) may occur by batch or supplier.
b) Clean using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use alcohol, bleach, or abrasive pads.
c) Prints should not be aggressively scratched, bent, or exposed to extreme temperatures.

14.5 Print Placement & Artwork
a) Minor shifts in print alignment or scale can occur due to curved edges and 3D surfaces; these are normal manufacturing tolerances.
b) Edge wrapping, seam areas, and high-radius corners may show slight fading or stretch compared to flat surfaces.

14.6 Customization & IP
a) If you upload artwork for a custom case, you warrant you own or have the rights to use that content. We may refuse designs that infringe rights or violate our policies.
b) Compatibility Disclaimer: Device and brand names (e.g., iPhone®, Samsung Galaxy®) are used only to indicate compatibility. MorphoCrafts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those trademark owners.
