Return & Refund Policy – MorphoCrafts

Thank you for shopping at MorphoCrafts.
All our products are made-to-order through a Print on Demand process, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is damaged during shipping.

  • The product received does not match the order placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size, device model, color, or design.

  • Color variations due to differences in display settings or printing processes.

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective).

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

Phone-case specifics:

  • It is your responsibility to select the correct device model and variant (e.g., “Pro,” “Max,” “Plus,” year/generation). Orders placed with the wrong model are not eligible for return or refund unless it is an error on our part.

  • Cases are designed for standard factory devices; if your device has accessories (skins, camera protectors, grips, straps), fitment issues are not considered a defect.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., micro-scratches, yellowing of clear TPU/PC materials over time) is not a manufacturing defect.

  • Our cases do not guarantee full protection against drops, impacts, liquids, or extreme temperatures; damage to your device while using our case is not eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Timeframe for Claims

  • You must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Submit a Claim

To start a claim, email morphocraftshop@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear written description of the issue.

  3. Photos or videos showing the defect or damage:

    • For phone cases: include images of the front, back, sides, and camera cutout.

    • Show any affected printing areas or material damage.

    • Include photos of the packaging if it arrived damaged.

Incomplete claims or claims without sufficient visual evidence may be denied.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed:

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

If a physical return is required:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for items over $75 USD.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Sale Items, Gift Cards, and Digital Products

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Downloadable digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Quality Disclaimer

Due to the nature of Print on Demand production:

  • Minor variations in print placement, color tones, or scale may occur.

  • For phone cases, edge wrapping, seam areas, and curved surfaces may show slight fading or stretch; this is a normal manufacturing tolerance.

  • These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

  • You have verified your order details (device model, size, color, shipping address) before completing payment.
