1. Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled using a Print on Demand model through our trusted production partner, Printify.

Production time: 2–7 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly from the fulfillment facility to your delivery address.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to:

United States (all states and territories)

Canada (all provinces and territories)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or countries outside the destinations listed above at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times (after production is completed):

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

World: 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and shipping method.
Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered and will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Delays and Exceptions
MorphoCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

High seasonal demand

Carrier disruptions or strikes
In rare cases, shipping delays may extend beyond the estimated delivery window. We will assist in contacting the carrier if your package is significantly delayed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
MorphoCrafts is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on submitting a claim within the allowed timeframe.
